The lovely Steph shared a big crockpot of this soup at Andrew’s farewell party. It’s so fantastically creamy and easy that I had to ask for the recipe. It’s great for a big group, but it can also be devoured by two over the course of a weekend.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 soup can of water
- 2 cups milk (or 1 cup half and half + 1 cup milk)
- 2 tsp Old Bay
- pepper
- 1 lb lump crab
Directions
- Sauté butter, celery, and onion in a stock pot. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
