Strawberry Spinach Salad

(family favorite!)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pint strawberries (local are best!)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 T sesame or sunflower seeds (we prefer sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 t worcestshire sauce
  • 1 1/2 t minced onion

Directions

  1. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl and toss with spinach and strawberries.
  2. Serve with extra sunflower seeds for sprinkling!
