Menu planning makes life much easier. Our evenings are more efficient, and we eat healthier when we stick to a plan. Also, now that Sam is sitting with us at the dinner table, we eat earlier, which means less time to prepare and no time to ask: “What’s for dinner?”

Monday: Leftover Lasagna + Nick’s Focaccia Bread
Tuesday: BBQ Pork Tenderloin + Sweet Potatoes + Caramelized Brussels Sprouts
Wednesday: Thai Chicken Pizza
Thursday: Turkey Burgers + Sweet Potato Fries
Friday: Salmon (with lemon pepper and brown sugar) + Wild Rice + Broccoli
Those caramelized Brussels sprouts look incredible!
