Turkey Burgers

11.09.2011 · Posted by Emily (The Culinary Couple)

We still rely on recipes for most of our meals. But occasionally we whip up something with ingredients we have on hand, and it’s so tasty that it finds a place in our regular rotation. These turkey burgers are one such dish.

I must admit that we’ve come to enjoy these burgers more than their beef counterparts. They’re simple and flavorful and freeze well. In fact, we just recently finished the last two patties that we made before Sam arrived. I think it’s time to re-stock!

  1. Definitely turkey burgers, but also stir-fry, pan-seared salmon, spaghetti & meatballs, pork schnitzel, baked chicken, and…anything I can put in a crock pot.

  2. These look amazing! We’ve been making pork burgers lately, with ground ginger and a broccoli slaw on top. I love them more than the beef variety, too! I’ve never used ground turkey before, so I must give these a try.

  3. Love that photo – it looks like it’s literally sitting right in front of me

  4. These look great, we are going to try them tonight. Do you have any nutritional information? Also, do you freeze the patties before or after they are cooked?
