Fall is my favorite season. And it’s infinitely more fun with a curious little boy who climbs on pumpkins, collects leaves, and eats apples.

We’ve been quite busy this month. We visited the National Apple Harvest Festival where Sam had his first taste of apple cider, played in the hay, and won a red ribbon for tossing a ball through the apple board.

We went to the pumpkin patch, and our strong Sam tried his hardest to push a wagon of pumpkins twice his size.

We’ve been eating applesauce and apple pie. Pumpkin sausage pasta and pumpkin spice cupcakes.

And Nick has been raking our beautiful backyard full of leaves.
