Ingredients

  • corn on the cob, shucked
  • lime juice
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • crema Mexicana

Directions

  1. Spritz lime juice over the raw corn on the cob
  2. Rub on chili powder, roughly 1/4 tsp. per cob
  3. Repeat with salt and pepper to liking
  4. Grill for ~10 minutes
  5. Pour on crema Mexicana and serve
