Today we embark on our Canadian road trip.
It wasn’t the kind of Saturday morning to sit down to a simple frittata; it was the kind of Saturday morning to anxiously load the car with our suitcases and bottles of water and bags of granola, and then hit the open road with coffee cups in hand.
We’ve never been to Canada, and we can’t wait to explore old European Quebec City and modern Montreal and to see the marvel that is Niagara Falls.
After we celebrate the birth of our own country on Sunday with BBQ and fireworks in Saratoga Springs, we’re crossing the border and staying for seven days.
