I haven’t bought nice new makeup since my friend’s wedding almost three years ago! Needless to say, it’s time.

And so on Wednesday, after a really crummy day at work, I treated myself to a makeover at the Estee Lauder counter at Macy’s.
And here’s what I left with:

So far I couldn’t be happier with my purchases! I don’t wear a lot of makeup because I hate the overdone, sticky feeling of most products. But these feel really light and smooth, especially the powder foundation. And everything seems to stay in place, which is a huge plus. I’d say I’m ready for my bridal shower/bachelorette festivities this weekend!
