Happy New House! It is lovely and I’m sure will be gorgeous when you’ve added all your personal touches. Since the house is 90 minutes from your former house, how far will you need to drive when you go back to work?
Nick may want to get sheep after he mows that lawn a few times.If you are not on a main street, that looks like a great sledding hill for Sam.

German drinking age for anything less than 40 proof is 16 years old. 18 years of age for everything else. Also, driving age is 18 I think.
