I was looking for something to do with leftover pulled pork, was thinking of quesadillas and your site came out first on the list on Google. Think that is what I am going to be making tomorrow. Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks for this. I cooked a Boston butt yesterday, and there’s tons of pork left over. This was the first hit on a google search for “pulled pork quesadillas”, and I’m looking forward to trying it!
